Automatic fryer
The entire stainless steel structure, by causes it to satisfy the productive request;
PLC completely automatic control, each controlled parameter more precise, the adjustment is more convenient machinery .
      The automatic fryer adopts frying system, separator oil system and transmission system.
The frying time can be adjusted during frying and separating oil, and whole
processing line uses PLC concentrative control system with high automation, exact
oil temperature control and perfect result.

            Fryer is heated with fuel gas, with structure of pure oil. While frying, the inflated food or nuts float on the oil, so a single-layer net belt is necessary. The oil temperature is controlled by Automatic Temperature Controlling System, which could well ensure the required frying temperature.  Fryer is equipped with Monitoring Unit for Oil Level. When the oil level is lower than required amount, the electromagnetically operated valve will open and pour more oil for frying.
