1. What products our production line can do?
All the popular snacks on the market, such as corn flakes, breakfast cereals, puffed snacks, fried snacks, biscuits and freeze food,instant noodle, fried extrusion food,etc.
Pet food, dog/cat/fish/bird/cattle feed etc.
Dog chews, dog gum,dog core filled chews,twist, double colours,etc.
Nutritional powder, baby food, nutritional rice(man-made rice) etc.
Potato/cassava chips, macaroni, corn chips, Tortilla Chip,etc.
Textured vegetarian protein,tsp,etc.
2. What service and after sales service we provide?
Provide you the professional advice about the market, equipment, process, materials, packing, etc.
Assist you to choose equipment, design process flow, and perfect workshop layout. If needed, we can supply service in your factory.
We’ll dispatch the experts from our company to install the equipments and help clients to start up, training the local operators. Recipes for food will be also provided free of charge.
3. The warranty period and maintenance of the production line.
One year of warranty period, begins with the date which the production line finished installation at clients` place. preferentially supply spare parts
4. The payment method of the production line.
We accept T/T (whole payment and divided payments) and L/C.
5. Transportation method of the production line and freight.
We can arrange air/land/sea transportation, the freight payment according to the sales contract.
6. The manufacture period of the production line.
The manufacture period of the production line normally is 2 to 10 working days; the period is also effected by the arrangement of the workshop.
7. Power source of the production line.
All the equipments are designed for clients` electric power (voltage,Hz); we also can modify the electric power to diesel oil or gas source.
8. Raw material of the equipments.
The raw material of our equipments is made by stainless steel or high quality alloy steel which fully achieved the requirement of relevant government standard and regulations.
